The next performance will be Sunday August 1 from 2 to 4 p.m., on Governors Island, in the archway of Liggett Hall. From Manhattan, take the 1:30 pm free ferry at 10 South Street. From Brooklyn, take the 1:30 or 1:40 ferry from Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Click here for a map of Governors Island. And here is the Ferry Schedule. Nearest Subways to the free ferry from Manhattan: 1, to South Ferry. Walk east to the Governor's Island Ferry building. But note: the downtown 1 will skip 66, 59, and 50 Sts. 4, to Bowling Green. Walk south on Whitehall, cross the FDR Drive to the Governor's Island Ferry building. (5 and R will be skipping the nearby stations.) Please check for your train in the official subway Service Advisories. Our performances, always a cappella, are of polyphonic sacred music, primarily of the 16th and 15th centuries.
